Vats Tours & Travels has been established in 2002 having its registered office in Gurgaon at Vats Market, opposite. Plot No. 84, Udyog Vihar Phase – I, Gurgaon. Pankaj Vats, Director & Chairman - Vats Tours and Travels, having great vision for company to provide best services and satisfy transport needs of Corporate Clients.

Company has started its Operations in Gurgaon with the fleet size of two vehicles (Tata Indica) with its first Corporate Client Polaris Software Lab. Ltd, having office in Udyog vihar Ph-IV. Today we have grown in many folds because of our strong vision and dedication and having fleet of more than 80 vehicles with employee strength of 103.

Step forward in 2004, we stressed on maintain and enhance our service quality with 100% clients satisfaction. Resultantly, we emerged as strong name in the transport business and added more clients in the cliental list, i.e. Siemens Information Systems Ltd. & Cash-Edge India Pvt. Ltd. Also increase our Fleet by adding more vehicles in the fleet. This year company has recorded a best growth in revenue of 220% compare to last two years less than 100%.

In year 2005, we focused to improve Service level further and the efforts were for appreciated by almost every Client which resulted in addition of four more clients and reached the figure of 7 clients in totality. This year we have added 15 more vehicles to strengthen our presence in the market and provide state of the art services to meet our client’s requirements comfortably.

Year 2006 has been marked as a Special year. This year company has focused on Brand making and gets tremendous success in all our efforts. We had signed 5 new Contracts with couple of well known names in the market like HCL Technologies Ltd., GTA Data Services India Pvt. Ltd., Aircom International, Vichara Technologies and Inductis - EXL India Pvt. Ltd. Company expanded its fleet by adding 20 more new vehicles.

Year 2007, so far is a fortune year for the company. We have recorded new growth millstone by all means since beginning of this year. Initially Company has bagged 7 new Corporate Client’s Contract for services which includes some brand names like Group 4 Security, Excel BPO, IQ Resource Pvt. Ltd., Amtier Infotech Ltd., Metacube Software Pvt. Ltd.

We have reached the fleet size of 80, all time highest and become a major player in the NCR region. We have taken experienced employees on aboard to provide best services to our existing and potential clients. We have taken many steps to make operations structured and transparent.
